MBR (Choice Cuts)

Western culture is spiralling back into puritanism—clamping down on sexual expression, shaming sex workers, policing women’s choices, banning access to care. Meanwhile, predators thrive in silence, shielded by the same polite society that shuns open conversations about pleasure and consent. This mixtape is not simply a collection of stories about finance, corruption, and sexual deviancy. It is a conceptual, metaphorical account of a man's internal war with love, class and power structures.

Mabozza Richi - Statutes of Limitation (Rap/Hip Hop)
[Content warning: Sexually explicit lyrics] Taken from my first album, the concept known as MBR (Ember), this is the album's bleak, philosophical conclusion. It acts as a final judgment, presenting a cynical resignation to the seemingly unchangeable "laws" of human nature. This somber epilogue posits that despite the painful journey of self-discovery the protagonist has underwent, the fundamental patterns of mediocrity, corruption and decay may be inescapable.

Mabozza Richi - Mabozza Gotta Lotta Jobs (Rap/Hip Hop)
[Content warning: Sexually explicit lyrics] Taken from my first album, the concept known as MBR (Ember), this character study shows the corrupt Mabozza alter-ego bleeding into every facet of the protagonist's life. Each "job" is a metaphor for another abuse of power, demonstrating how the protagonist's fractured identity turns every human interaction into a performance of dominance and control.
